From the reviews

I had absolutely the best deep tissue and cupping done by Denee. It was amazing and my body feels relaxed; tension is gone and overall amazing feeling. Thank you so much. My boyfriend saw Veronica for deep tissue and cupping and also loved the entire experience. Thank you both.

If I could give Zephyr Float 10 stars, I would! Everything about our experience with them from answering questions on the phone before booking, to the FAQ's about floating, to the smart video on what to expect before floating, to the excellent service once there, and the level of cleanliness was excellent.

Experienced my first float last week- I'd say it was quite unique and I am glad I did it! The location itself is set up nicely, welcoming as you enter. I would say there are a few minor things they could add/improve to really take it up a notch.

This was my first time floating. This place is super cool. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was really comfortable there. The shower/float room were so private and relaxing.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
