Why Tracy Vitulli Acupuncture and Massage is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “ioactive chemicals, breaks up muscle tension, increases blood flow, and reduces inflammation. Sensations may include tingling or vibration, but pain is minimal, often only a quick prick during needle placement. Book Now CUPPING Cupping has…” source →

From the reviews

I started going to Tracy a few months ago for a repetitive motion injury - I'm a manual laborer and really overworked my deltoid to the point where I couldn't use my shoulder or lift my arm. The pain was unbearable and I couldn't work. My neighbor recommended Tracy and I'm so so glad she did!

I appreciate so much Tracy’s way of practicing. She is very communicative and solicits feedback through the treatment to make sure everything feels right, explains what sensations to expect so you know when something is off. I also love how she incorporates massage, electro stimulation and cupping into the treatment.

★★★★★ — Julie, Mar 2024

I’ve experienced a lot of acupuncture over the years, and Tracy has truly impressed me with her skill and care. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. One thing I really appreciate is her incorporation of other modalities alongside acupuncture, such as cupping and massage.

★★★★★ — Triana, Aug 2025

I came to Tracy with sore, tight shoulders, glutes/hips and lower back. I was tensed up! I was new to Acupuncture and a little nervous. Tracy gently guided me, continually "checked in" to be sure I was comfortable and at ease, and always listened to my needs and/or concerns.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
