From the reviews
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Digna is absolutely outstanding. I came to her for deep tissue and trigger point therapy, and I honestly had no idea massage could play such an important role in pain management until I started seeing her.
“I’m an 8-year Army veteran with neck and back injuries, and this amazing lady has given me hope again. Thanks to her, I can move my neck at least a little, and that means everything. I drive almost 40 minutes every week just to see her because she’s that good. Truly life-changing.”
I certainly experience deep message therapy and am greatful. It is a bit uncomfortable while undergoing the treatment. However understanding the "back" story on deep message therapy as my therapist works helps.
Digna is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and explains what she is doing and why!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
