Lynn is that one massage therapist who knows exactly how much pressure to apply and where to apply it. Better yet, she has a magical sense of when to talk, when to listen, and when to just let the client drift into their own thoughts.
I've been seeing Lynn for a massage every month, and I can't recommend her enough. She is always professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what she does. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and moving better than when I arrived.
Lynn was incredible! I came in for the Japanese head spa services and I will absolutely be back for more treatments. She was so kind and welcoming and did the most amazing job! What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
