From the reviews

I've worked with Joseph over the past few years, and I can honestly say he's been an important part of my healing journey. The bodywork, fire cupping, organ alignment, energetic clearings, and egg readings I've received have helped me reconnect with my body in ways I hadn't experienced before.

Joe is one of the most knowledgeable and genuIne people I’ve ever met. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and he’s great at communicating the science behind the medicine.

★★★★★ — Miles, Jul 2026

Barely a day goes by that I don’t recommend Joe to someone. My personal experience incudes relief from hip and groin pain I’ve lived with for thirteen years. No matter who I see nothing helped. My nervous system feels more regulated and he gives the best massage I’ve ever had. My kids love his treatments too.

★★★★★ — Lacey, Jul 2026

Joe was a special member of my labor prep care team - he came recommended to me by my doulas after I shared my hopes for a VBAC. I was determined to optimize baby’s positioning and support my body to be as balanced and flexible as possible going into labor.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
