I can't express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care I've received from Grace. She is not only an amazing healer but also a genuinely kind and compassionate person.

I'll admit...I was skeptical about acupuncture. I have had 11 treatments in total, all by Grace. She is awesome! She might have been thinking about it already, but she installed a bed to make it easier for me - that's the type of person she is. I went for GI issues.

★★★★★ — Ray, Apr 2025

Grace Acupuncture is a calm, nurturing, and healing place. Grace is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. I have had acupuncture with other providers in the past, but none with the same focused care as Grace. Her evaluation and ongoing assessments are very thorough.

★★★★★ — J, Apr 2025

I’ve been dealing with persistent tennis/golf elbow pain, and after trying various treatments with little relief, I decided to visit Grace Acupuncture—and I’m so glad I did. I’ve had acupuncture before, but Grace’s approach was both highly focused and deeply holistic.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
