What clients say about the cupping here
“She was thorough, asked if I wanted to add on a scalp massage or hot stones (I opted for both) and she worked my neck, shoulder and back knots out.”
“She was so thorough, asked if I wanted a deep tissue massage with stones (yes, and yes), she worked so hard on my upper back/shoulder area to get all the knots out.”
“Nadia took her time, listened attentively to our needs, and tailored the massage to focus on the specific areas of tension that we had.”
“She made me feel very comfortable, asking questions about what I would like her to address and even was able to recommend how to manage tightness on my own once I was finished with my massage.”
“Not only did she relieve my pain, but she also created such a calm, welcoming environment that made the whole experience incredibly restorative.”

This was my first time going to this facility for a massage, and I was so impressed! The ambiance of the spa was so cozy and comfortable. Not only was Sarah able to help me move around my appointment quickly within the same week after something came up, but I also chose to have the standard Swedish massage with Nadia…
This hidden gem is a relaxing treat in the heart of New Lenox! I’ve had many relaxing spa treatments and massages here. My most recent visit was with Nadia, who is an excellent relaxation technician! She listens, she is caring, and really puts me at ease. She is a magician and makes tension disappear.
I can't recommend Nadia at YogaFace enough! I'd been dealing with pain for over a week, and after one session with her, I walked out feeling completely renewed. Nadia has a true gift for pinpointing and addressing tension and discomfort in the body -she combines skill, intuition, and a deep understanding of anatomy to…
My sister and I decided to get a couples massage on a Sunday that I was in town. It was the most amazing experience. Nadia did a great job, focusing on the areas that I needed and releasing tension from all of my workouts leading up to my visit with her.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
