From the reviews

Dr. Yoon is so unbelievably knowledgeable and caring. He has gone out of his way to make sure he made the time to give me the proper treatments and care that I needed without rushing me at all.

★★★★★ — Anchal, Sep 2025

I came into Dr. Yoon for shoulder pain, back pain, and jaw pain. He was very thorough in knowing why I was having specific pain and after some cupping and acupuncture, I could actually bend my back without pain, my shoulder also. Even my jaw felt almost back to normal. Dr.

★★★★★ — Theresa, Jun 2026

I’m so grateful that Dr. Yoon was recommended to me, as he has truly been an answer to my prayers. I have suffered from debilitating stage 4 endometriosis and rupturing ovarian cysts for over 10 years, which has significantly impacted my life and caused me to be nearly bedridden at times.

★★★★★ — Christel, Sep 2024

Doctor Yoon really cares for my well being. He Listen patiently and treats me with care. Make sure I felt comfortable getting acupuncture. He fixed my old injury that no one could. He is truly a best doctor for acupuncture.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
