From the reviews
I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and cupping session with Debby Cunningham. She took the time to actively listen to what I needed her to focus on and she delivered! I'm also a bodywork practitioner so I look for these things in a therapist. Well done Debby! You serve as a testatment to your profession.
I love coming here! I was recommended to this practice by a friend to help with pregnancy. Absolutely love coming here. Dr. Lauren is so knowledgeable And I feel so much better physically and mentally leaving here! I’ve also been doing prenatal massages weekly with Debbie and they are amazing.
I had a great experience during my appointment today! The staff is kind and welcoming! I scheduled a dry needling appointment for tendonitis in my elbow. I have not tried dry needling but heard it helps address tendonitis.
Dr. McDonel and the receptionist are so kind and helpful!! I haven’t been seen in a few years and she was able to treat me same day for my complication! She also does a great job explaining how and why your body works or acts in relation to the symptoms you’re having!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
