From the reviews
I had such a wonderful first appointment with Dana. From the moment we started, I felt truly listened to, seen, and cared for. She took so much time to understand my story, asked thoughtful questions, and created a space that felt safe, grounding, and supportive... something that can be surprisingly rare in healthcare.
Kat is a genuine, empathetic, talented healer. In a mere few months she has helped me resolve issues I feared were impossible to overcome. After several years of chronic illness left me feeling like a shell of my once vibrant self, I feel, not only, back to myself , but a forward movement, towards a better version of…
Kat is always so warm and thorough in her assessment of what’s going on. I feel like she takes her time as she’s doing the treatment to make sure she’s on target with what’s going to be most helpful. I just love her vibe and I think she is a real healer
Kat is truly the best! Her healing really helped me get better after an accident, and I've continued seeing her for a variety of issues. I always feel better after seeing her. Highly recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
