Kristin is simply AMAZING!!!!! I saw her for the second time late yesterday afternoon, I shouldn’t have waited six months to see her again, but life gets in the way sometimes🤦🏻♀️😂🤷🏻♀️ I had to large golf ball size knots in my shoulder blades that I typically develop, and a ton of knots and tightness in my neck😩 She…
Kristin has been my massage therapist for over a year now. I used to wake up on a daily basis with knots and pains in my neck, shoulders and back. I see Kristin once a month and she works those knots out. It's a joy to wake up and not be in pain anymore!
If your looking for Massage Therapist, Kris is awesome and very professional, she will work on your problem areas and you will feel better.
Excellent massage. Took the time to work on my problem areas and it felt amazing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
