From the reviews

I have been seeing Erin for Acupuncture. She is very in tune with our bodies & minds. After seeing her I feel great for many days. Today we did cupping. It was phenomenal. I highly recommend checking into a natural approach to medicine. I also go to massage therapy. My body is feeling so much better.

★★★★★ — Connie, Aug 2024

I just had my first visit with Erin for accupunture and cupping. I've never had cupping and it was amazing! I made a follow up appointment with her for the same treatment. Going to call tomorrow to make an appointment for a massage. I highly recommend!

★★★★★ — Sheila, May 2025

Erin was great! I had acupuncture and cupping, and both were very well done and relaxing. The treatments were adjusted if I felt any discomfort and she was responsive to my needs.

★★★★★ — Robert, Mar 2025

I come from a medical background and have often felt alternative processes were not applicable in any situation. That has changed. I am still a medically trained individual but have certainly found my previous feelings about alternative procedures to have altered completely.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
