From the reviews
Willow Wellness Center has been my absolute go-to for medical massage ever since I hurt my shoulder and tweaked my neck in 2024. From day one, Paula and Rob have taken the best care of me. They are truly the best in the business.
Paula is everything you could want in a therapist — kind, patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. After a lipo surgery, I was left with hardness in my arm/stomach from fluid build up, and when I called concerned, she fit me in the very next day.
I've probably had a total of 100 massages over the last 10 years. 20 of those last 100 have been from Paula, at Willow Massage. She is kind, super knowledgeable and does a comprehensive evaluation before getting started. She's intuitive and really understands anatomy. So happy to have found her.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Find a thesaurus and look up every word associated to "incredible" and that describes Paula's massages! Don't believe me? Think I'm over-hyping? Book an appointment and find out for yourself. Your body, mind, and spirit will thank you!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
