From the reviews
Willow is very gifted. Her massages are so much more than just physical liberation from pain and tension. She applies an ideal amount of pressure and technique and will swiftly adjust to whatever preference you have and how your body is reacting moment to moment.
As a previous Spa owner who has received massages from many different therapists, I can honestly say Willow is an excellent LMT. She is a competent, strong and very professional person in which to receive bodywork. I can rest assured I am in good hands with her and my body always feels better.
Willow is so talented, knowledgeable, professional, multi faceted in her intentional holistic approach to healing. After 3 massages (which have been the best & most significant healing bodywork I’ve ever received) I’m certainly returning again & again!
I began working with Willow when I had PTSD and her sessions have always left me feeling calm and grounded no matter how I showed up. Her intuitive work has supported my bodies journey from constant pain to nearly pain free today.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
