From the reviews

I’ve been going to Kaileen for over a year. I’m very happy with her service. After I get a massage I feel like a new person. She always finds my tense areas and is able to relieve them with whatever pressure I request. She listens and is very in tuned to where I need the most pressure and not.

★★★★★ — Michelle, Mar 2026

The care and attention I receive with each session cannot be praised enough. I have chronic issues that without the right massage therapy I cannot function. If I could go weekly I would. I live in pain daily and Courtney is so intuitive and informative which I appreciate.

Enjoyed a wonderful massage, foot scrub and rosemary scalp massage! Professional, friendly and caring! Room was clean and calming with relaxing music. I highly recommend this business! My experience was with Court but I’ve heard great things about everyone here!

I can’t say enough great things about Willow Massage & Wellness! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. Kaileen took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the session perfectly to what my body needed.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
