From the reviews
Lisa saved my race did a 26.2 mile ruck march went and saw Lisa for cupping and acupuncture a week before the race. My legs were overworked from training. Absolutely the only reason I made it through amazing how effective it was can’t say enough good things about her.
Fantastic Experience with Lisa! From the moment I walked in I felt like my concerns were addressed and taken seriously, the depth of the initial interview made me feel confident that Lisa understood exactly what my needs were and we moved forward accordingly.
Acupuncture with Lisa has been a game changer for my stress and pain. Each session left me feeling calmer, more balanced, and with real physical relief. I'm very happy with the effectiveness of the treatments. Lisa is professional and attentive — I highly recommend!
I'm about 24 hours out from my acupuncture session with Lisa yesterday, and I am blown away from the results. Not only have I experienced insane physical improvement but mental aswell! Highly recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
