Went for our first couples massage at Wildflower today. I got a massage from Andrew. Ive been having some severe sciatica pain and somehow in 75 minutes he was able to help relieve my pain. He worked with my fascia in a way that was gentle but effective.
Best massage ever! This place is so cute and quaint. I must say I have had a lot of massages and Kailey B at Wildflower Spa is amazing, the best I have ever had, and I have had many.
I had a great esthetician appointment for my dry winter, mountain skin, but the front of house staff seemed like they did not want to be there. It was super uncomfortable to check in and out — literally felt like I was not welcomed and was bothering them. Debating whether it’s worth coming again just for Mary.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
