From the reviews
In the past few years I have seen Tiffany for about a dozen times, starting with Reiki and once she graduated massage school, I added massages. Being a massage therapist myself, I am very picky about who works on me and I highly recommend her to my clients when I am out of town.
Best trigger point massage you can find. Tiffany listens and is skillful in finding those knots she then releases them which helps my movements and flexibility.
I was under severe stress and strain due to my work and commute resulting in irregular sleep. My wife bought "60 Minute Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage" for me as a birthday gift. This was my first body massage. It worked out as a magic for me.Complete relief from stress with a great sound good night sleep.
Tiffany is great at what she does, such healing hands. I recommend her Reiki sessions.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
