From the reviews

This place is wonderful! I had my massage therapist, Audrey Taylor, do a breast massage on me. Im pretty big busted, my cup size being in the middle of the alphabet. And when I got a massage all around my breasts and surrounding muscles in my shoulders, sides, back, chest, belly, I felt like I could finally breathe.

This was my first time getting a massage from Helen. I was looking online for someone, but was unsure where to go, not originally being from Utah. I read the positive reviews she received, went to her website and read about her struggles in her own health journey, and how sincerely committed she is to helping others.

I discovered Whole Body and Sole/Helen while visiting my friend in Utah a few months ago and have been seeing her every time I visit. Where do I even begin??? The reason I always come back to Whole Body and Sole when Iʻm in Utah is because of Helen. She is nothing short of AMAZING.

★★★★★ — Kristine, Dec 2025

Helen was an invaluable member of my birth team as my Doula. As a first time mom I’d done a lot to prepare for my first birth experience, but I was still nervous in my anticipation for the unknown.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
