From the reviews
I cant put into words what Jeff and his entire staff has done for me and in return to my wife and kids. Before seeing Jeff I was on heavy medication and getting Rhizotomy done every 5 months just to help me with the pain in my neck.
I could barely walk and every step felt like someone was poking my back and hips with a hot ice pick. My son- in- law advised me to try his chiropractic at Creek Stone. I went in the first day limping and tears in my eyes and left with a smile on my face .
This was a wonderful experience for my first time having acupuncture. I would recommend to everyone experiencing pain. She explained everything before and as she was treating me like we were old friends.
I’ve been seeing Dr Williams for over 3 years now and I will NOT go anywhere else if I could give this 10 stars I would! He’s amazing and listens to his patients needs. He has gone above and beyond for me and my care. I recommend him to everyone who asks for chiro recommendations.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
