I've been a client of Westborough Massage for many years and have consistently received outstanding therapy and service each time I have booked. I primarily book with Leah but have also seen several other staff. There is clearly a very high standard of service at Westborough Massage.
Marvin was exactly what I needed. Normally I don’t want to talk during a massage, but for whatever reason this morning we fell into conversation and it was what my heart needed.
I had a prenatal massage at 31 weeks with Paula last week and it was amazing. I’m still feeling reduced pain a week later. She is very experienced, as she has been doing this almost 30 years. I appreciate that Paula was able to get out my knots without causing me any discomfort.
Walked out of there feeling like a puddle in the best way possible. Worked with Michelle and they were amazing and had a great energy. Never used hot stones before and those were a game changer! Would highly recommend this practice 😊
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
