What clients say about the cupping here
“She listened to exactly what I wanted and made the experience comfortable.”
“I was so looking forward to a relaxing massage, and Aundrea delivered!”
From the reviews
Aundrea is an excellent sports/deep tissue massage therapist, but is not limited to these types of massage. She provides effective massage skills as well as scraping and cupping techniques. She is very open to feedback and truly wants you to voice what you need from her during your session.
Aundrea is amazing! She really takes the time to learn what I need and how my body reacts. Incredibly thorough and I can tell she loves what she does. Hands down the best massage I've ever had.
So friendly and so talented. Exactly what I’ve been looking for!
Mom’s don’t treat themselves enough, but this momma was in dire need of some me time and just taking care of herself for once - it had been far too long. Aundrea worked magic and took care of the tension and knots in my shoulders. I felt renewed and ready to conquer the world after my massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
