What clients say about the cupping here
“She is clearly very knowledgeable and pays great attention to detail, but what worked best for me personally was her incredible therapeutic presence, which puts you at ease while you’re on her table.”
“She took the time to find out what what areas were causing me issues and was truly engaged in wanting to help me.”
“It's easy to tell she really cares about her clients and works hard to focus on exactly what each person's individual trouble areas are while making sure her clients feel comfortable and supported.”
“She found all the points in my body that needed extra care and attention to help my recovery as I train for a powerlifting competition which is in a few days.”
“I've received a number of services through West Linn Holistic Center and always found whatever experience, sound healing, reiki, massage, shiatsu, yoga to be a good value for the cost.”
“Very sweet, calm/welcoming energy, and listened to me and what my wants were.”
From the reviews
I just enjoyed a wonderful 90 minute massage with Courtney. She is trained in Myofascial release. I have had many massages in my 7 decades but this was my first experience with myofascial massage. It was excellent! I highly recommend Courtney!
I discovered Reike by attending the monthly Reike Circles at West Linn Holistic Center. I find it to be a gently powerful healing art. This lead me to explore it more through the Reiki l & ll Usui/Holy Fire training sessions lead by Tracy Gilday.
My massages with Amanda have been incredible.. 1000/10. I've had many massages in my life but none of them come close to the quality, care, and detail given during my massages with her. She is SO kind and wonderfully talented.
Amazing experience! Emily was wonderful!! She took the time to find out what what areas were causing me issues and was truly engaged in wanting to help me. This was my first Holistic massage and I'm blown away by the results after only one session.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
