From the reviews

I came to Revive on the recommendation of my naturopath. I have been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Revive from the front desk/phone people, as well as Dr. Ramp, and the massage therapists. They have always run on schedule so no waiting. The initial evaluation was thorough and Dr.

I've seen quite a few chiropractors over the years, but none compare to Dr. Anderson. Truly the best I’ve ever been to. For the first time, I actually felt real relief — not just a temporary fix, but lasting improvement.

★★★★★ — Teresa, May 2025

Dr Ramp is one of the best if not the best Chiropractor I have ever been to. She is thorough and checks your entire skeletal body not focusing on one area to fix problems. The staff is also amazing! Customer service at its best!

★★★★★ — Deney, Jul 2025

I was a frequent client after a car accident and have had many interactions with the whole team. Bo and Brittni provided first rate chiropractic care and were always supportive, helpful, and professional. Lauren Costley is an outstanding assistant and I always looked forward to getting care from her as well.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
