From the reviews
I went in to have cupping for extreme shoulder pain. I spoke with Jordin not only did she do cupping she helped relive my shoulder pain through massage as well woke up the next day and was able to finally after more than a year lift my arm above my head without me having to assist my arm to do so. Thank you Jordin
Jennifer is a well experienced therapist that has dedicated her life to helping others become pain free. Due to her vast knowledge of human anatomy, she is able to be very detailed in her sessions, allowing her to find trigger points while gliding from origin to insertion of the problematic muscles.
One of the best overall experiences I’ve had in a wellness center. Jordin not only is a great massage therapist, but she also has extensive knowledge in fitness and nutrition she has helped me lose a great deal of weight and has helped with my chronic knee pain. Can’t recommend them enough.
I've worked with Jordin over the past two years on my overall wellness goals both online and in person. She's provided me with the tools and accountability I've needed to lose weight and stay on track with my fitness goals. I've really appreciated the support I get from her online when traveling.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
