What an amazing place! I look forward to coming here every week!! I have visited other offices and seen other physical therapist but OMG no one has ever listened to me!! Lauren has taken the time to know me and hear all my concerns and pains and history and I cannot say anything bad about my experience here at all!!
I had an exceptional experience with Lauren, my physical therapist, and I’m thrilled to give her a 5-star review! Lauren’s transparency and informative approach made all the difference—she took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan, answered every question with patience, and kept me in the loop about my…
Highly recommend! I worked with Allison for some pelvic floor issues and can’t say enough good things about her. She was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and so easy to work with. I was so discouraged by my injury and now after working with Allison i feel so much better.
Lauren is amazing! She is kind, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me recover at a pace that works for me. She provides expert advice and instruction for all of the stretches and exercises that we do together and that I do at home. She really listens and tailors each session to what I need.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
