From the moment I stepped in to the reception area I was welcomed. Linda checked me in and talked me through the process, including what membership looked like without pressuing me to become a member. She was genuinely interested in who I was not just seeing me as a client or another number.
I usually see Sharon (who is fantastic), but I ended up with James once due to a scheduling conflict. I’m honestly blown away. James is incredible. After just one session, I was pain-free for three whole weeks. His technique, attention to detail, and ability to pinpoint exactly what needs work is on another level.
Front desk was extremely pleasant and friendly! Tiffany was a pleasure to work with. This was my first massage and I was very nervous. Tiffany made sure I was comfortable and was so helpful with easing me into it! I couldn’t have asked for a better first massage! Thank you all!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
