Stephanie is great she is informative and treats everyone like they are her favorite patient she pushes you to the point of healing and makes sure you are doing good
Excellent experience here Stephanie is awesome and her team is great! Never will I ever think there is nothing better than this place.
Matt at Wasatch peaks did a great job of correcting the shoulder that I hurt over the last few years playing a few different sports including basketball, golf and caring for my garden.
It was my first time doing pelvic floor therapy with a professional. It was good 👍🏻 the front desk was accommodating to my son, who unexpectedly came to my appt today. It was good and thorough. I’m glad we went over some concerns and solutions. Don’t be embarrassed to see a provider — Alyssa Lyman is great
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
