From the reviews
I've been working with Rob Evans at the Viverant at Anytime Fitness Farmington this past month for recurring hip pain. Rob was able to immediately help me through therapy, stretches and exercise relieve some of the pain.
I completed therapy with Rob at Viverant at the Farmington Anytime Fitness location for Plantar Fasciitis in both feet. Because of his knowledge & variety of exercises he taught/helped me with I am on the road to recovery. I couldn't be more pleased!!
I have had a great experience using Viverant's services. I had shoulder surgery in August and was doing PT once a week where I had surgery, which was 30 minutes away. I was not satisfied with my recovery progression.
I have had upper neck and shoulder issues for years since having a back surgery. I used to wake up with a stiff neck and struggle to go to bed because of it. The two Physical Therapists Rob & Taylor took the pain away! This was such a better alternative to pain killers or years of seeing a Chiropractor.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
