From the reviews

30 years of neck and back pain…until I found Dr Cley and this amazing clinic. Within 6 weeks I went from golfing 1 round per week (with significant pain) to now being able to golf 3-4 rounds per week pain free. The ladies behind the desk are amazing.

I really enjoy going to get adjusted at FCC. They care more about clients than just as “customers” or “patients” and they really do care about your overall wellbeing. I’ve been going for a year now and I genuinely do not get headaches like I used to and sleep so much better. Highly recommend.

Dr Annie is absolutely wonderful! My tailbone & neck always seem to get kinks & have issues. She takes care of me & gets me back to normal & feeling better every time! An added bonus, you might just get to love on the pups too!! Best Chiropractor in the metro! Only one I trust to my care !

I don’t usually leave reviews, but wanted to share my wonderful experience getting acupuncture with Shannon. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful in her process. She takes her time to explain everything…a true expert. Thank you so much, Shannon!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
