From the reviews

The stretch was amazing and I’ve never done cupping but I truly enjoyed it and can’t wait to do it again. But most importantly to me is customer service and they have excellent customer service! I’ll be back soon!!!

★★★★★ — Adrian, Jun 2025

Today I had a DOT physical done Dr. Monroe and Gabrielle. It was smooth, seamless and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! They were both super comforting and communicated everything that was being done and why it was being done throughout my exam.

★★★★★ — Aaron, Jan 2026

My experience has been one of the better visits I have experienced. Their knowledge, expertise and patient care come accross in how they communicate, suggest options and advise for an aftercare plan is second to none. Definitely worth it! Will be using this service again.

★★★★★ — Joseph, Dec 2025

The whole experience was smooth. Dr. Monroe was very straightforward and explained the process of what needed to be done to get my dot certification. Pricing and location was ideal for me. Didn't have to wait and got everything I needed. Highly recommend to try out.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
