I don’t even know where to start with how pleased I am with Dr. Cho.The issue with my back started after I was rear ended it was a relatively minor accident so stupidly I didn’t get the guys insurance and went home that day thinking everything was fine.
What a remarkable person, to have such patience and knowledge for each person. The idea of going to a Chiro was scary for me... but that fear was squashed as soon as I met Dr.Jang A truly caring individual, who takes her time and makes sure you leave better than you walked in.
This is my first visit at One health care clinic to fix my neck and back issues. Dr. Cho knew what my issues were and so glad that I walked out feeling relieved. Dr. Cho is professional and takes the time to listen and understand my concerns. He showed me some exercises to work at home as well.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
