If you want relief from pain or stress, this place is a must. I've been a customer of Jenna's for 4 years. After only two visits my pain level went from a 10 to a 1. The ambiance is relaxing and soothing. The combination of mesmerizing music and the aroma of essential oils will put you to sleep.
I was playing golf with a very good friend of mine and he saw me walking funny and asked about it. I told him and he said why don't you give accupunture a shot. My daughter-in-law has a place on Delsea Drive. So I did and I'm so glad I did. Jenna is wonderful. She is a great practitioner. Professional and friendly.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
