The float room was a transcendent experience. Everything was explained very well up top, the room was lovely - a nice big shower for before+after and a gorgeous, large tub/pool for floating. I was able to comfortably starfish in the tub without issues.
I have been a client for years and it just gets better every time! I brought my husband in for a body wrap with Dalene and as always she killed it. She made him feel comfortable and pampered. LOVE HER! He also loved Liz for a massage she almost put him to sleep. He will deff be back.
Alyssa’s service was absolutely amazing. She was kind and sociable. My mother’s hair turned out great. It was soft, shiny and sleek. The cut was perfect and exactly as she asked. Her color was excellent! Her knowledge of hair, technique and expertise were on point. I highly recommend her. We will DEFINITELY be back.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
