From the reviews

I had a wonderful postpartum massage with Hallie at Via Medical! Before the session began, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what to expect. Throughout the massage, she made me feel very comfortable and truly listened to my concerns and the areas I was struggling with.

THE BEST MASSAGES I’VE EVER HAD in 25 YEARS!! With permanent nerve damage, chronic migraines, multiple old fractures in my ribs and vertebrae (thoracic and lumbar), recent total hip replacement, Hallie is a godsend. She LISTENS to what I say & what my body says. She takes her time.

★★★★★ — Tracy, Nov 2025

I suffer from chronic migraines and have received every treatment available including migraine specific deep muscle work. I recently had my first massage with Clarissa and that one session did more to help alleviate my triggers and pain than all the other treatments (including surgical procedures) I have done this…

This was my first visit to Via Medical Massage, and I was so impressed! My sister gifted me a massage here, and it ended up being the best massage I’ve ever had.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
