What clients say about the cupping here
“If you are looking for a massage that will release tension (chronic pain, pregnancy) and provide your body relief - Mary Anne is your local guru.”
“Very professional, and a scientific approach with a deep knowledge of anatomy.”
From the reviews
As someone with 10 yrs chronic pain and has lost count of number of massages I can easily recommend Mary Anne! If you are used to or expecting a spa like massage (aromatherapies, hot towels, etc...) this is not the place for you.
Mrs. Goetz, is amazing. I felt relieve from my back pain immidiatley. She's understanding, proffesional, and compassionate. Thank you.
I have been here years ago before she started working through infinite wellness. I call her magic fingers -aka- telepathic fingers. She knows how to give your muscles exactly what it needs, not more or less to avoid damaging your muscle tissues.
I've gone for healing massage therapy on several occasions when overdoing it. Once for a stiff neck when I couldn't turn my head and twice for knee pain and stiffness. Maryanne understands the body so well and completely untied the knots giving me trouble.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
