From the reviews

**** August 2, 2025 Update **** Wow! Just wow! This four hands 90-minute massage was out-of-this-world. During the massage, I literally thought "This is what Heaven must be like." The therapists were in-sync like Olympic synchronized swimmers. The same technique, the same speed, the same pressure! It was fantastic!

Update: The best quality massages are at Georgetown Unwind Wellness. The service is consistent. Anna is an expert massage therapist. When I want to have an elevated massage for my birthday, I come here. ‐---------------- Original review: This was my first visit.

★★★★★ — Laurie, Jul 2025

Tanya was wonderful. She made me feel completely comfortable as this was my first prenatal massage and she pointed out some areas that seemed tense and advised stretching to help for the long term. The amount of pressure she put was also great.

★★★★★ — Gabrielle, Feb 2026

My boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage for my birthday, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. I was paired with Aaliyah, while he had Marco.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
