From the reviews
I went to Dr. Viktoria for acupuncture to deal with foot pains and tight calves and lower back. She created a treatment plan curated just for my needs and by the end of the program I noticed a difference in how my body held tension. She’s receptive, empathetic, and attentive!
I am very grateful that I got to this cent, thanks to acupuncture I feel much better. My right side of my face sank, now everything is noticed! I'm glad and I'm grateful! I recommend the salon to anyone who needs help!
All I can say is, Viktoriya is a lifesaver. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a condition that causes chronic pain, injuries, and muscle spasms. I have been to over 8 acupuncturists and none of them helped, except Viktoriya. I feel immediate relief after I see her, and more so when I go frequently.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
