What clients say about the cupping here
“I highly recommend Ajeet to anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful massage therapist.”
“Beyond the physical relief, she created such a calm, welcoming space, which made the whole experience feel restorative rather than just another appointment to check off.”

From the reviews
Ajeet is a master. I’m grateful that I found her. She didn’t just follow a scripted massage format but instead honed in on my soreness and issues. She moved my arm around to get to the knots, used cupping when necessary, and worked on my entire muscle group from neck to shoulder to back.
I recently had a postpartum massage with Chenoa, and it was exactly what my body needed after weeks of recovery. As a new mom, I’d been carrying so much tension and muscle pain in my legs and lower abdomen from labor and delivery — and honestly, I didn’t realize how much I’d been holding onto until she started working…
Ajeet truly has magic hands. I found her when I was 8 months pregnant and desperately looking for real relief. After trying several prenatal massages elsewhere and leaving disappointed, with little to no improvement, Ajeet was an absolute game-changer.
Ajeet was very professional, great energy and the massage was excellent. She really gets to know you as a person and determines how she can best accommodate you during your session. Her studio is so clean and has such a welcoming atmosphere.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
