From the reviews

Breah is a super talented massage therapist!! She makes you feel very comfortable and creates a very relaxing environment. I came to her with some bad tension in my neck and shoulders and she was able to get things to release through cupping and massage. I would absolutely recommend Breah!!!

★★★★★ — Katie, Jan 2025

Breah Porter is the most amazing friend, healer, listener and advice giver I have ever come across. A true miracle worker who checked in with my needs and my energy before and after my deep tissue massage. Couldn’t rave about this experience any more! If I could give 11 stars I would have.

★★★★★ — Emily, Mar 2025

Had a fantastic first time experience at Ulu Wellness. Breah is a lovely human being, I felt comfortable and at ease in her space and around her. She did a full body massage, she helped loosen the muscles in my shoulders and neck. Got more blood flow going in those areas. It's what I needed.

★★★★★ — Naye, Mar 2025

Wonderful experience! Breah is very professional, skilled and focuses on the type of massage that you want. Her massage was very relaxing and rejuvenating, just what I wanted and needed. The setting is very calming, clean and safe with soothing music and aroma therapy to make it personal and complete. Loved it!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
