From the reviews

I started going to Two Rivers in March 2024 after a PCOS diagnosis with very irregular periods and some other health struggles (migraines, inflammation etc). It's an incredibly calming and peaceful environment (such a stark contrast to the many doctors' offices I have been in).

★★★★★ — Hannah, May 2025

I am so happy I found Two Rivers Acupuncture & Wellness. I have seen Dr. Lauren Dulberg and she has been incredibly helpful, thorough, and caring. She came highly recommended by a number of friends and acquaintances.

★★★★★ — Alexis, May 2020

I've been going to Two Rivers for treatment for over 6 months now, working on balancing my hormones. I've seen every practitioner there and they are all great, but I've mainly been seeing Mijung who is wonderful.

★★★★★ — Megan, Aug 2022

I have no words to describe my thanks to Dr. Dulberg and Two Rivers Acupuncture. I came to Dr. Dulberg after going to many doctors, all putting me on diets to lose weight, birth control, and metformin. I have PCOS and had never gotten a period before.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
