From the reviews
Dr. Bri is a compassionate, highly skilled therapist who listens and tailors treatment. My treatment is ongoing and includes dry needling and cupping for shoulder pain. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Bri at TCO Savage for your physical therapy needs!
I had a great experience at TCO Savage, and I would recommend everyone to come here. I not only had Bri as my physical therapist while I was rehabbing my foot, but I also shadowed her as part of my summer internship.
My experience with TCO Savage has been great every time I have been. I have gone to TCO for both shoulder and back injuries and the treatment I’ve received have helped me get back to the baseball field and feeling better than ever.
I have been going to Savage TCO for PT for several months. I have worked with both Bri and Courtney and have nothing but good things to say. They have great communication, which makes switching between them for sessions easy.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
