I love the environment the staff is really friendly and they make you feel welcomed. I came to Dr. Mohamed for my back pain and let me tell you I feel brand new. I am so grateful I found this place. It was pleasure to come to this office. Thank you Dr. Mohamed.
This is the best physical rehabilitation center I have experienced. They constantly push me and make me reach my full potential. Thank You Hempstead Physical Therapy…!!!!
Absolutely love coming here for physical therapy. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients. Kushi, Pranalli, Vindu, and Dr. Mohammad have all been incredibly supportive, patient, and compassionate throughout my shoulder recovery.
Was treated with respect and courtesy, great communication on what I was required to do helped me to heal and get back on my feet with minimum amount of pain.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
