From the reviews
I went out of my way to make sure I was seen by the folks at TrueMotion after hearing so many recommendations (many people from my gym come here), and I’m really glad I did. After a patellar tendon repair, I wasn’t looking for someone to simply get me back to functioning.
I’ve been working with this physical therapy team for over a year, focusing on spine-related mobility and core strengthening, and I’ve had a consistently positive experience. McKenna is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping me make progress.
After a hip surgery, a knee surgery, and a handful of injuries in between, I can honestly say that Dr. Robby Trimbo has been nothing short of exceptional. His expertise, clear communication, and genuinely supportive approach made every stage of my recovery feel possible.
Both Robby and Kenna are exceptional physical therapists. They have helped both my mom and I recover from ACL injuries, and we couldn't be more grateful for their expertise, encouragement, and personalized care throughout the process.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
