From the reviews

Oh My Goodness...where has Ms. Larson been all of my life???!!! I've been seeing her for several months now and she is helping me in ways that I didn't think were possible. I have lifelong pain and Kailey has been working on my problematic areas. For me, this is not about having a relaxing "spa" like session.

★★★★★ — Victoria, Mar 2023

I have been seeing Kailey for years and now I get to enjoy her services in her beautiful new location. Her technique is so effective for my knots and tight spots from daily living and desk work, and she is able to specifically treat the areas of my body that need recovery or relief from CrossFit and weightlifting.

★★★★★ — Jeni, Jun 2023

Kailey is amazing. I have been getting massages for almost 30 Years and and have never found someone that was good enough to continually go back to until I met Kailey. I have now been seeing her for about 6 months and I go every two weeks, but wish I could go more.

★★★★★ — Atom, Mar 2023

I have been seeing Kailey for 6+ years. I am not good at self care and every time I bring her my absolutely destroyed, stressed out body she makes me have hope that I can feel better. After my appointment I feel like a new person and I remember why I need to prioritize myself.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
