From the reviews

I recently had the pleasure of receiving both a massage and energy work session with Hailey, and I can’t recommend her enough. From the moment I walked in, Hailey was extremely welcoming and warm, creating an atmosphere where I felt instantly at ease.

★★★★★ — Aiyana, May 2025

I had the amazing experience of receiving massage and energy work from Hailey. From the moment I walked in she created a warm and inviting space. She checked in and asked all the right questions so I could get the most out of my session.

★★★★★ — Stephanie, Jun 2025

I got a massage from Hailey last week and immediately felt more calm being in Hailey's presence. Not only was the massage great, but the atmosphere was extremely peaceful and Hailey offered me resources and stretches to try out after based on the areas in which I was experiencing pain and tension in!

★★★★★ — Sali, Jun 2025

My massage with Haley was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I found myself thinking that just 20 minutes into the session. What stood out most was her slow, intentional technique—every movement had purpose, and she intuitively worked on areas I didn’t even realize were tense and locked up.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
