What clients say about the cupping here
“And she is also a very nice and knowledgeable lady, THANK YOU Sherah you ROCK!”
From the reviews
I've been to alot of massage places but it was more for relaxation whereas I was looking for someone to work on my achy back/hips/joints. Sherah has been doing a great job massaging the painful areas and loosening up the muscles. Can definitely feel a difference with my chronic pain.
I had a hip go out of place and was in constant pain and a friend recommended Sherah to me. I went in and told her what was going on and she told me to come back in a hour and she would help me and she was not lying within a half hours time she had my hip back in place and on my way!!! I cannot recommend her enough!!
Professional, therapeutic, and relaxing. Wonderful experience. Will return!
Nice variety of services, customized experience and attention.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
