From the reviews
PT here was wonderful before and after my TKR surgery. All of the Physical Therapists were knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring and helped me where I could never have helped myself. Every suggestion and activity worked wonders to set me on the right path to healing.
I feel that all the therapist at GTS are wonderful. They care about how you’re doing and your problems and do everything they can to help you fix them. I would recommend GTS to anybody that needs therapy.
The staff at GTS is terrific! They are caring, efficient and very good at their jobs. This is my second time working with them. The initial evals with Angie are very thorough. She pinpoints the source of my problem .... And a few other muscular issues that also need correcting.
I am so happy I choose GTS to assist me with my Proximal Humerus fracture. Angie and her team are friendly, very knowledgeable, hard working, and ready to step in to assist where needed. Charly, my therapist, was exceptional and encouraging.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
