Gabriel's easy to talk to and knowledgeable of his craft. Very professional and still down to earth. He worked on my shoulder with a massage, some cupping and tapped me up after too. If you're looking for help with a sport injury or recovery I recommend checking him out .
I have gone to Gabe consistently over the last few years for different things. He very much likes to get to the root of the problem and sometimes that is not as simple as one visit. It may be 1-2.
So far I’ve had a great experience using Trinity Wellness, working with Gabriel has been easy and knowledgeable at the same time! Been seeing him for a right trap issue, left pec tear recovery, and lower back tightness and pain from a herniated disc.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
