I just moved to New Braunfels, I usually have trouble finding a place where they offer deep tissue massage and that it really is a deep tissue. I used to travel from Austin to this amazing place in Dallas because I tried many different places in Austin and they were just not good with deep tissue pressure.
i got my very first massage here, i got the therapeutic massage from noelle for some neck pain and overall tension, she did absolutely amazing. the massage went amazing, her skills are a 10/10. she was insanely welcoming, kind, and she made me feel very relaxed. the ambiance was super calming too.
Terrific massage is a great place to check out. I got a massage today by Jesse and was pleased. He got the target spots that I requested. Plus I learned they offer massage to help with sciatica nerve issues. Plus you can get the best sushi in New Braunfels next door after your massage.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
